Drive system The drive system is driven by Japanese Tsubakimoto motors. The conveyor system uses stainless steel conveyor belts that match the chain and the mesh belt for transmission. The transmission is driven by the sprocket on the main shaft to drive the chains on both sides of the conveyor belt, and then the mesh belt is driven by the extended link shaft for transmission. With this conveyor belt, the structure design is simple, and at the same time, it can avoid creeping and crawling caused by excessive load. The speed regulation of the conveyor belt adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, LED display, wide speed regulation range, stable transmission.
The air-cooling mechanism of the cooling system is located at the outlet of the furnace, and uses the upper and lower cooling methods to quickly cool the workpiece, which is convenient for the collection of the workpiece. Design of electrical control system The electrical control system is mainly composed of temperature control system, speed control system, alarm system, emergency system and auxiliary circuit. Temperature control system The temperature control system is mainly composed of sensors, temperature controllers, actuators, etc. The temperature controller of this equipment adopts the SR-72 series temperature control meter of Japan Island Electric, PID parameter adjustment, which has the advantages of high steady-state adjustment accuracy, fast response speed, etc., and good reliability. The temperature measuring sensor adopts nickel-chromium) copper-nickel (E type) thermocouple, which has high sensitivity at 100300e. The implementing device adopts solid state relay, no contact, no action noise, no spark, long life and high reliability.
